Conference & Event Services

From presentation technology to our satellite facilities at Royce Ranch and Darlington Chapel, we can make your personal or professional event a success.

Redlands Community College provides a variety of conference and special event services. Meeting spaces are available on the main campus, and special events can be held at Royse Arena or Darlington Chapel. Located just one mile off I-40, Redlands is a short drive from Oklahoma City with nearby lodging and restaurants.

Darlington Chapel

A white chapel surrounded by green trees and bushesDarlington Chapel is the perfect venue for couples to celebrate their marriage in a beautiful setting right in central Oklahoma. The 100-year-old Chapel is versatile for a variety of styles from elegant, evening affairs to an intimate, afternoon, shabby chic ceremony.

You can hold both your ceremony and reception at our location or simply one of the events. The interior of the chapel was renovated in 2012 with meticulous detail. The charming interior features a stunning wood paneled ceiling and stained glass windows, and a beautiful vineyard borders the property.

Redlands Conference Center

With banquet seating up to 250, the Conference Center can be used as one large area or divided into three separate rooms by sliding walls to allow breakout sessions or vendor displays. We offer banquet, auditorium or conference seating. The Center also includes:

  • A 16' x 9' screen
  • Front screen projector
  • Podium on raised stage with wired and wireless microphone connections
  • Complete wireless sound system
  • Adequate electrical outlets
  • Wired and wireless Internet connections
  • Laptop
  • Registration desk outside door

Multimedia Room 125

Located in the Multimedia Lifelong Learning Center, MM 125 is perfect for seminars and presentations with stadium seating that holds up to 127. It includes:

  • Wireless sound system
  • Podium with wireless, hand-held or lapel microphones
  • 10’ x 10’ screen
  • Rear screen projector
  • Microphone jacks, audio inputs and wall-mounted speakers available
  • Audience seating is equipped with electrical outlets, perfect for laptops

Royse Ranch Arena

The Redlands Arena is a 150 feet by 250 feet covered arena with screens on the north, south and east sides. The west side is a solid wall with 12 Priefert stalls measuring 12 by 12 feet, two wash racks, and men’s and women's restrooms. The arena includes a sound system and announcer’s stand.

Technology Training Center

This room is a specialized computer training lab that can be disconnected from the Redlands network for confidentiality. It contains:

  • 24 computer stations
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Podium with computer

*Upon Redlands' approval, we will install specialized software for your convenience.

IETV Classrooms

Redlands has numerous Interactive Education Television (IETV) classroom that provide a link to anyone with similar capabilities. These classrooms are live, two-way interactive conference rooms that include:

  • Full-motion video and audio streaming capabilities
  • Stationary instructor’s microphone
  • Document camera
  • Laptop or computer station

Facilities for Smaller Groups

The Student Center Dining Room is a banquet room for up to 50 people and is often used for luncheons or private dinners.

The Redlands Room is a comfortable meeting space that can seat up to 24. It includes a projector, drop-down screen and a serving area for catering.

Art Gallery

The Art Gallery is the perfect place for receptions or simply viewing beautiful art displays. The artwork is changed periodically, and the room is under 24-hour surveillance.

Culture Center Theater

This beautiful auditorium with stadium seating accommodates just under 300. It includes a stage, theatrical lighting and a wireless sound system. This space is perfect for plays, speeches or training events.
